Rebranding and themes support

Today I complete a theme support in profiler.

I also rename profiler to libreppc (libre profile page creator), because profiler name on PyPi already exists :(.
Anyway, for now we have a 2 themes - mastodon and bloger. For now I setup a bloger theme. Another themes you can try on libreppc page.
